Q: I have loaded songs on it however when I go to play the songs they play for a max of 12 seconds and when it will skip to the next song.  It does this each time I play a song and I haven't been able to play a full song. 

 

A: It would appear that for some reason the player is set to INTRO mode. In this mode the player will only play the will the beginning of each song before processing to the next available track. Please try the following to set the playback mode to NORMAL.

1. Turn the player on and select “Music” playback mode.
2. Press the play button to start the track playing. While the rack is playing, press the “M” button. This will bring up the Playback menu.  Use the left and right arrows to scroll through the options until the word “INTRO” is displayed and then press the “M” button again. Use the left and right arrow buttons to scroll through to the type of playback you require.

Norman = will play selected track and then stop

Repeat = Will repeat the selected track

Repeat all = will repeat all tracks in folder.

When you have the desired selection press the “M” button again and you will be returned to the music playback screen.
