Q. I am having difficulties loading music onto the player.

 

A. Please connect the player to the computer using the supplied USB cable. The computer should detect the device and load the drivers. It should displayed as a “Removable Device” and be assigned the next available drive letter. The drive can now be accessed the same way as any other drive on your computer.  Files can be transferred to the player in the same fashion. Please remember that only files of the MP3 WMA un protected format can be played by the Laser range of media players. Copy protected files cannot be played on these players
