The Laser range of P13 players and personal media players will only play file in the MP3 or WMA format and only files that are not copy protected. Files downloaded from “Pay per Track” sites are usually copy protected and will result in an error message being displayed when you try to play back the track. Please check with “terms and conditions” on the download site before attempting to transfer your downloaded files to the P13 player. We are not able to provide information on removing any copy protection in any way
