Please check that the earphones plug is fitted firmly in to the socket. Some it can works its way out slightly and simply needs to be seated correctly. If after trying that the results are the same, please test the player with another set of earphones. This will determine if the player is faulty or the earphones are the problem. The Laser P13 player uses standard 3.5MM Stereo earphone jacks. Replacement sets can be purchased at a variety of places.
